Calling all Lacemakers - ornaments and lace snowflakes needed!
We would be grateful to every lacemaker who would make a christmas ornament in any lace type to sell in our giftshop. Our visitors have requested lace snowflakes. Can someone please make us some? All of our museum expenses are paid with the generous donations from our friends and income from our giftshop and workshops.

June 12 - early Nov. - Needle lace display - "Threads Through Time"
June 12-20 - San Mateo Couty Fair - volunteers needed
June 26-27 - Greek Finger Lace Workshop taught by Marji Suhm
July 3 - The museum will be open normal hours this week
July 17- 19 - Lia Baumeister will teach Chantilly & Schneeberger - watch for workshop details
July 26 - Aug 3 -The museum will be closed as most volunteers will be attending the IOLI convention in Portland.
August 7(new date) - Caring for your Textile Treasures with Donna LaVallee, MS, 12:30 - 5pm
October 9 - 10 - 11 - Columbus Day weekend: Milanese with Louise Colgan, sponsored by The Lace Museum

We are looking for interested people to form a lace study group. Is there also interest in a tatting group? Please call the museum if you are interested. Dates and times to be arranged.
Demonstrators Needed:
Come show off your skills and keep the art of Lacemaking alive.
Whether you’re favorite lace is Bobbin, Tatting, Tape, Crochet, or Knitting (or anything else)
Demonstrating is FUN.
Please let me know when you are available to demo or if you want more info on any of the events
The more people we have to demo - the less times each of us needs to do it -
But of course you may sign up as many times as you want !!
The more we get out and demo - the better our chances of getting more people interested in our craft !!
