We are pleased to announce two new online workshops.
Bobbin Lace Design (the Binche Algorithm) is a lecture and hands-on learning experience on interpreting irregular lace shapes without having to draw and follow a thread diagram. The instructor is Pierre Fouché.
We will also be offering Ipswich Bobbin Lace with instructor Karen Thompson and Irish Crochet – Motifs with Máire Treanor.

The Lace Museum is staffed entirely by volunteers from varied backgrounds. We all strive to adhere to the museum’s core values of inclusivity, honesty, and integrity as we engage with all people interested in learning, making, preserving and exhibiting lace.
The International Organization of Lace, Inc (IOLI) is creating the Unconventional Convention 2020 to replace its postponed in-personal convention. UnCon 2020 will be the week of July 20-24 at a computer near you! There will be events every day culminating in the Friday banquet.
