Re-Opening & Vintage Sale May 13 and 14!

We are excited that the museum has successfully moved and is settled in our new location. There is some contract work scheduled to be completed prior to our re-opening. The first exhibit in our fresh, new space will be titled “New Beginnings”.

Our re-opening event will be both days of Mother’s Day weekend, May 13th and 14, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. We are also holding a Vintage Sale full of one of a kind items! The Museum’s new location is 200 Brown Rd., Suite 300, Fremont, CA 94539. Driving directions, public transit information and a hotel recommendation are here.

After the re-opening weekend, regular Museum hours will be from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.

Update on Covid-19 Response

The safety and health of our community, including our dedicated volunteers and loyal customers, is always important to us. The museum is currently closed until at least May 3rd following Federal, State and County guidelines. When it is appropriate, we will re-open part time in order to protect our most vulnerable volunteers and their families. Until then, please take advantage of the resources on our Facebook page and this website. Here we have links to our online shop, our Amazon site, patterns you can use, and interesting lace info. We truly appreciate the lace making community and will strive to stay connected. We value your support and donations during this challenging time while we are closed.

Response to Covid-19

The safety and health of our community, including our dedicated volunteers and loyal customers, is always important to us. We will be reviewing all events and assessing the Museum’s open hours as the world-wide Covid-19 pandemic evolves. Please note that we may need to adjust our operations and events based on future recommendations and/or volunteer availability.
